  Patrons be ware.. this location is not actually Lazboy, this is an independent retailer of Lazboy. What does this mean? If you have any problems they do not go through corporate Lazboy, this retailer is not even accountable to Lazboy. Don't be fooled into thinking you are buying a quality product backed by the Lazboy reputation when you shop here. I have been waiting for over 2 months to have my order fulfilled. They have attempted to deliver damaged furniture to me on two separate occasions now. After their policy of payment in full before delivery can be scheduled, I'm now out my money and still don't have the furniture I paid for. I would recommend you purchase furniture off Craigslist before I recommend that anyone shops here. Do yourself a favor and don't waist your time and money on these scam artists. I cannot even get someone to call me back and update me.

  Sales experience was fine but loveseat had have cushion replaced after year and now having issue with recliner and they want $80 just look at chair than have pay labor after..Haven't had couches 3 years.. Would never purchase Lazy Boy again
